"Overall a great experience staying at The Milo. Great location, great ambience, friendly staff, clean rooms etc. There are two things that could have been better:
1. Mattresses- very old and soft, n bouncy springs.
2. Window shades/blinds - these were almost sheer and couldn’t keep the lights out at all at night. The room was quite bright (from string lights in the lawns), even after pulling the shades down and even covering them with an extra bed sheet, which made it difficult for me to fall...

"The room Was VERY outdated for a 400$+/night room. Grout In The bathroom was brown and gross and the tub covering was peeling. The bike rentals were a nice touch but could use some maintenance. Squeaky brakes and the kids bike could raise or lower because it was so rusted. The pool was a nice area. We had to check out at noon and played by the pool and used the pool

"Very nice cozy property within very quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to dining options. Inner courtyard very relaxing after a day around town. Excellent location for day trips to nearby Montecito, Solvang, Simi Valley, and wineries."
