" This is not a Grand hotel in the sense of the Danieli or Excelsior, however, that is probably because they choose not to have a restaurant, even though they put out a sumptuous breakfast and have a commercial kitchen and plenty of staff. Our room had filthy old green carpeting, but we noticed in the long hallway that some rooms have modern wood flooring, which is much more sanitary I don't know why we weren't given the upgrade since we are hotel gold members. "The staff were amazing. From the moment we walked in, Matteo, Alfonso, Mansi were so warm and welcoming and seemed that they genuinely cared. Claudia in the wellness spa had such good energy and kindness as well. We would stay here again and am recommending to friends and family. Thank you for a lovely stay! "

"Un gran hotel , algo anticuado, pero cómodo . Buen desayuno y muy bien situado, se puede ir a pie a todo el centro además se puede aparcar en frente aunque también tiene parking propio. Un acierto"

"Superbe surprise en arrivant sur le site de l'hôtel entouré de jardins tres bien entretenus. La chambre est spacieuse et propre avec jolie vue sur le jardin de l’hotel. Le petit dejeuner est correct, manque de variété et peu quantitatif. A 8h45, ce matin ll restait seumement 2 oeufs. La piscine est agréable. Le diner avec la pizzeria est bonne. Le personnel plutôt sympathique et avenant. Mention spéciale pour Angelo qui nous conduit à la plage avec la navette. "

"Stayed here for 5 days and thoroughly enjoyed it. Staff were friendly and helpful. Free bikes to use and a bus service into the city. Beaches 7 minutes by bike. Breakfast, ok, lots of fruit and croissants, buffet with waiter service for teas and coffee. Bar in both parts of the hotel and free teas and coffees. Great pool "
