"A few staff really stoodout during our stay and before the cartel trouble began, this review would have talked about many other staff that were indifferent, seemingly poorly trained, and really understaffed. It would have talked about broken ice cream machines and other poorly maintained equipment all over the resort. "The hotel is beautiful, with lots of places to sit and relax, lovely gardens and an excellent swimming pool. There were always pool chairs available and poolside service for drinks. The food in the buffet and at the a-la-cartes was excellent. You will never go hungry here, there is always something delicious to eat. The beach is well maintained and the attendant is quick to bring you a lounge chair, they could do with a few more umbrellas at the beach. The staff are friendly and professional....

"Excellent service by staff & food was varied & plentiful. Yoga & sound baths & massages were relaxing for adults & kids activities were well run & appreciated.
The setting was quiet & lush with gardens & running water features. The beach was right there & provided an additional experience beyond the many pools on site. Social activities available every day & night. "

"incredible, kind and welcoming staff, exquisite huge rooms all of which look out on the roaring surf, an incredible pool and a feeling of total serentiy and peace. this one of the loveliest hotels we have ever stayed in. thank you to evelyne, aldo, kahlil and all the other beautiful people who took such good care of us and made us feel like family. don't miss this incredibly special hotel in lovely, laid back, super fun sayulita. "Close to all the FUN!
Perfect spot for affordable, clean and easy stay!
I would say if you are nose sensitive and staying on weekend ..bring earplugs or use white noise. I’m very sensitive to sound and could hear the music when it began at 10pm! But I used my sound app and was fine!
Host was SUPERHELPFUL!!! Would stay again"
