"Eine sehr gute Unterkunft liegt zentral in Heliopolis. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten beziehungsweise Restaurants und Geschäfte für die Sauberkeit beziehungsweise Personal. Sehr fleißig und sehr freundlich. Am wichtigsten werde ich die Heba von Haus Keeping in der fünfte Etage eine sehr sehr freundliche und fleißige Frau noch mal vielen Dank das war eine gute und schöne Erlebnis. "

"We loved staying at this hotel. In case you don't know, this used to be a house for a famous Egyptian singer (Om Kolthoom) from the 60s and got converted into a hotel. So, the whole hotel is themed around this singer (photos, decor, signage on doors, etc.). I loved that because I love this singer. "We enjoyed our stay, the food was great, facilities were clean and well maintained. Our room service was spot on and when we left the 'Do not disturb' sign on the door one day and the staff did not clean the room - the next day they left a lovely bowl of fruit to say sorry. The pool and pool area was wonderful. We will be staying here on our next visit to Cairo and recommend this delightful hotel."
