"What a wonderful stay we had in the Jaglo 1 Villa. From the check-in to the checkout, everything was absolutely wonderful. The Philippines spirit of hospitality is very apparent and the staff goes out of their way to make their guests very happy.
I would highly recommend staying here for anybody visiting El Nido. Be aware it is on a mountain side so very hilly. If you cannot walk comfortably up hills and down hills, you will struggle to stay at this property.

"Beautiful and spacious rooms with great facilities, impeccably clean throughout. Convenient for airport and El Nido town.
Could improve with better pre arrival communication on what’s available for food options, there is an option to order from a few restaurants for delivery. Otherwise you will need to go to El Nido or local markets for any supplies.

"Staff especially Lhynne was wonderful but overall amenities and property management including food options is very poor. New Year’s Eve event was horrible, most of the things promised didn’t happen & food left a lot to desire for. Overall not a world class 3 star resort even. The staff however are polite and tried their best to provide a good experience but they are constrained by the amenities & what’s available for them to do. Overpriced for a resort of this quality. "

"The ABSOLUTE BEST RESORT we have ever stayed at!! Daisy, Leah, MARTY & all of the staff are AMAZING! The luxury & comfort of the resort were unmatched. We woke every morning to the water view & breakfast on the balcony. We relaxed on the beach, kayaked & snorkeled with provided items. Drinks at sunset with a beautiful dinner set up on the beach was included. 1000/10 recommend to unwind. Perfect honeymoon getaway."
