"The pictures look a lot better than the hotel looks in person! When I checked in, one girl was super nice and helpful but the other was very unprofessional talking loudly on her phone and showing the nicer girl photos on her phone. There were a lot of shady people hanging out in front of the hotel and in the parking lot talking loudly and smoking. The hotel itself was alright, it definitely was worn down and did not feel very clean. We booked this hotel primarily for the pool as my son loves to...

"Great boutique hotel. Design great but not over-top. Warm and comfortable. Bar and restaurant first rate. Stayed five days and ate breakfast four and dinner three. Housekeeping exceeded expectations. All employees friendly.
If I had to pick any flaw, it would be that we hate refrigerators filled with junk for sale. Like to use refrig for leftovers. But a small flaw indeed. Glad than one is coming to Cincinnati."

"Choose the location due to it being three blocks from Progressive Field. We were in town just for the night. We got there at check in, was told our room wasn’t ready and we’d get a text. No big deal. Walked back to front desk 15 minutes later to ask if we could leave our bags to go explore, and was told our room was in fact ready, and they weren’t sure why we were told that. Ok, fine.
The area surrounding the hotel had a crackhead smoking in front of the hotel shouting about god, and another...
