I stayed here during the Christmas and New Year Holidays; the rooms are clean, and staff members are very friendly and ready to help with whatever one may need. The hotel has a lovely, clean swimming pool that is such a relief in Bali's weather. The entire hotel is child- and family-friendly. Will definitely stay here again!

Lovely hotel!

Had an absolutely lovely, relaxing getaway at mahogany hotel. The rooms are spacious, the pool is fantastic, the bed is very very comfortable. The restaurant/bar at the pool does delicious food and drinks (definitely recommend the shakshouka for breakfast!) Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel and have left feeling rested and relaxed! The hotel is a little bit further from attractions and beaches so a car or scooter is recommended but we managed fine with using grab to get around. The staff truly make this experience top tier, everyone we spoke with was happy, polite and chatty. Taking the time to learn our names and took the best care of us.

Fussy Australian travellers amazed!

From check in to checkout our stay was faultless, from the linen to cutlery this hotel is soo stylish! It's only 1yr old. Think Fresh, the staff are so professional yet such darlings. The motto is your home far away from home, it was like staying with beautiful people at their 5 star mansion. Seriously the photos show nothing of the big open warm hotel that this is. Thankyou to Dedy and Nadina Priscella as well.

The staff was kind, professional and very accommodating. The breakfast buffet was also pretty decent. BUT my room was NOT cleaned properly. The bed sheets carried a vwry high odor like it had not been changed after the previous guest. When they eventually changed the linen, the new ones were stained and had silver fish on it!!!!

プールが汚すぎる

部屋の中は、とても掃除が行き届いていて清潔でした。朝御飯は、ビッフェ式で種類は少ないです。スタッフの対応は、とても良く 笑顔で対応してくれます。 私達は、206号室に滞在しましたが、201〜205号室のベランダから見えるのは隣のPOPホテルの壁…206は、部屋全面がガラスなので少し遠いですご海も見えました。 残念な点。 プールの底に藻の様な物が有り、水も濁っていて子供たちをプールに入れる事が出来ませんでした。そのまた翌日朝に、プールをみたら 水面に真っ白な膜がはっていて、誰もプールに近寄りませんでした。たまたま、汚れていたのか、常に掃除をしないプールなのかわかりませんが、とにかく不衛生です。他が、とても良かったので残念で仕方ありません。

We liked the hotel. The view from the balcony was excellent with scenic beauty. The food was great. We did not like the water leakage from the shower head and blockage in the sink in spite of reminding the staff.

So-so.It's clean and new, badly located in the busy highway. If you want to experience the laid back, private smbiance of Bali, this is not the place. Also, super basic. Yhey dont't even provide shampoo and lotion.
