"Staff were friendly, hotel within a 4 minutes walk to the shops and bars. The hotel was clean with very nice decor, the breakfast was great. The room was big and spacious with coffee and tea available, the bed was very comfortable and got a great sleep."

"Lovely characteristic hotel with very professional staff. A quiet get away for those needing it to relax and recoup. A bit expensive considering there was no pool, hot tub or sauna & steam facilities but the hotel it's self is absolutely beautiful. "

"We stayed in a beautiful room with a view of the river which was spotlessly clean. The staff were outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble for them, even providing a cooked breakfast one hour early on our departure day. I would have no hesitation recommending this hotel to anyone."

"Sehr familiärer Guesthouse mit jederzeit zugänglicher Küche, einigen Lebensmitteln und einer Lounge. Das Zimmer hat uns wirklich positiv überrascht: angenehme Grösse, frisch renoviert, modern gestaltet. Unsere Gastgeber waren ausserordentlich freundlich, hilfbereit und zuvorkommend. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Hafen um zwei guten Restaurants direkt nebenan. ir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können das Shorehouse Guesthouse nur empfehlen!"
