"My mother and sister stayed at this property together after hiking the spiritual pilgrimage Francigena through Italy and stopped in Siena for 2 nights and a day. "The hotel is beautiful and charming— very ideal for for couples (man & woman— without children along for the ride). The garden and the view from it are spectacular. The breakfast in the garden was a highlight of the trip to Siena. The only downside is the rooms are small and not ideal for a family traveling with a kid. I will definitely say here next time when I travel without kids."

"Staff very helpful, hotel was fine but very dated. The bathroom felt a little bit grubby. Had a few issues with the keys which were eventually solved, but no major problems. Good location, near to a major bus stop to go into central Siena. It’s worth noting that buses are quite unreliable in the evening so you may have to get a taxi back to the hotel (10-12 euros ish)."
