Borgo San Felice exceeded all my expectations. I thought the hotel was part of a very small village when in reality the resort is the entire village. Beautiful property filled with history. Absolutely loved our time there and will definitely be going back.

My wife and I stayed for our honeymoon. The property is extremely beautiful and well kept, like out of a painting. The staff is polite attentive and welcoming. Spa treatments were very good. We didn’t even have good weather and we would highly recommend.

Borgo San Felice was absolutely beautiful. The grounds, the room, the surrounding area, everything was out of a dream. We did find the staff to be sub par however. When we checked in, we were given a tour of the property but weren’t told there was a winery that also has tours and tastings. Has we known this, we wouldn’t have spent a hefty sum to go on a wine tour to only 1 winery 40 minutes away. Also, when booking transportation through the hotel it was expensive (probably because of the very nice cars provided) but the price seemed negotiable which was strange and gave a feeling that prices were not set. Elena at guest relations was SO helpful and was able to squeeze us in for a tasting on our last day before check out. Everyone at the wine tasting room were great, Nina did our tasting and she was knowledgeable and made a great experience. Overall, very beautiful, amazing scenery, staff organization and customer service could improve, and keep in mind that this is pricier than other areas in Tuscany. Also if you come here, you MUST make a reservation at La Bottega del 30. This wasn’t dinner but a dining experience and the chef/owner Helene is amazing.

The best part of our trip to Italy!

I cannot rave enough about this beautiful place. The staff was beyond wonderful. The accommodations were lovely. The grounds were well kept. This was the most beautiful experience of our entire trip. We forgot our bug repellent and anti itch cream and the staff went out of their way to bring us some! Our babymoon was celebrated at the hotel’s Michelin restaurant and it was delightful and well worth it in my opinion. Everything was plated exquisitely and the chef was inventive and came out to greet all of the guests! We also tried the other restaurant, which also showcased vegetables and homegrown food from the property! The artichokes were the extraordinary! The breakfast was the largest spread, with delicious food and I looked forward to it every single morning, outside overlooking the beautiful trees and rolling hills. Again, I wouldn’t hesitate to book a stay here and we hope to return someday!

Outstanding find in the Chianti Region!

This is a stunning and modern property near Siena, in the hills of the Chianti region of Tuscany. We really did love our stay and the room we had was outstanding with a huge and modern bath suite! The front desk was exceptional in handling all our requests as well as being on top of things, especially Giulia! The wine tasting which we set up was superb and she was really knowledgeable. The service and meal at the Michelin Star restaurant, Poggio Rosso was outstanding. We weren't that impressed with the food at the casual eatery, Osteria del Grigio - perhaps it was an off night, but the stellar service made up for the lackluster meal. The pool is set in such a lovely location, but the service needs to improve in that area. It took forever to find anyone to order a drink or meal. It would be nice if there was an attendant stationed strictly for the pool area. Besides, those things mentioned, this is really a gem of a find and we will be sure to come back with friends next time! Ciao!

What an amazing place. The hotel is an old town of stone structures in the middle of a vineyard in the middle of a beautiful area of Tuscany. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. They gave us good advice on how to make our short stay fun and relaxing. The room was a good size, clean, updated, and comfortable. The restaurants are high quality and the staff very attentive and personable. We hope to be fortunate enough to stay there again.
