"We loved it here! It was the perfect spot to enjoy all that Lake Lucerne has to offer, with beautiful lake access and close enough to enjoy the energy and sights of the city. We didnt realize until half way through our stay we could ride the #24 bus for free (included with hotel reservation) into town and to the transportation museum. "Clean, cosy rooms with all amenities. Location is great, all attractions of Lucerne are within walking distance. Great connectivity to station and bus stop, mostly walkable. Local bus stop is right in front of the hotel. Polite and helpful hotel staff. Breakfast spread is also good. "

"Fantastic hotel near town and the staff was great. Starbucks downstairs was terrific! Our room was also very comfortable but a bit dirty. Stains in the carpet and furniture. There were also old slippers under the bed. We also had to request new towels because housekeeping didn’t tidy our room. We will be back one day though. "

"We had a great stay at this hotel, especially the bar staff was wonderful. The food was also very good, we enjoyed sitting on the front porch relaxing, enjoying a drink and dinner. Beautiful area, walking distance to the esplanade is a just across the street. This hotel is just out of the busy tourist area which we loved. "Excellent choice for Lucerne. It was right in the old part of town in a beautiful spot. Around the corner were excellent restaurants with waterside seating. We were able to sit without a reservation but made a reservation for the following night at another spot no problem. Excellent service and a very spacious room. Highly recommend. "

"A great hotel for the money. Very helpful staff who are there for you. For food, breakfast buffet is very tasty with lots of options.
