"Excellent resort will equiped for families and children needs excellent food and drinks
The only issue is because of it’s popularity it is too busy with many children running around and loud noises. Family room is too small and little privacy
However very recommended for families"

"Service is great. But property itself is very ran down. Broken windows , air conditioners are on a last HP. They need to be renovated big time. Well anyways I am not sure if whole Crete is like this or it’s just this hotel but I wouldn’t pay this money again to stay here. If it was half the price I would consider."

"Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille avec nos deux adolescents dans cet hôtel, et tout était vraiment parfait.
Je suis particulièrement attentive à la propreté, et j’ai été ravie de constater que tout était impeccable, aussi bien dans la chambre que dans les espaces communs. La chambre était magnifique et très confortable, avec deux chambres, deux salles de bains et même un jacuzzi sur la terrasse : un vrai plus pour profiter pleinement du séjour en famille.

"I had a pleasant stay. My room was comfortable and clean. The staff were very helpful. It was a great location on the strip, close to everything. Everything is within walking distance or a short drive away. My only complaint is that when you pay for half board it doesn't include any drinks or beverages. You have to pay for them.
