"Nice hotel, decent location close to local bus station and harbor. Wifi in our room had a poor connection. Elevators a little small, fridge in our room had a weird smell and safe was already locked (only stayed one night so didn't bother). Breakfast buffet was very good and staff very friendly and helpful. Herb garden restaurant on the 4th floor was excellent, nice view and great food."

"Service is great. But property itself is very ran down. Broken windows , air conditioners are on a last HP. They need to be renovated big time. Well anyways I am not sure if whole Crete is like this or it’s just this hotel but I wouldn’t pay this money again to stay here. If it was half the price I would consider."
