The guests weren’t so friendly…likely because my fiancé and I probably don’t look like people they feel could afford to stay at the same resort they booked, but rude all the same. The staff and locals made up for it…they made us feel right at home every time we left the resort, starting with the taxi service the resort arranged for us each trip into the city."

"Love the hotel, chilled out music playing during the day, pool area does get busy at weekends but not oppressive. Really great food in the restaurant here, definitely recommend going half board. Hersonissis for me isn’t somewhere I would visit again, I don’t like the vibe in the strip. However, Koutouloufari is a ten minute walk from this hotel and is wonderful. The staff at the hotel are really very nice, Erika in particular is a great host and an asset to this hotel."

"Its a flop and drop resort with lots of entertainment, eating options, drinking options, suitable for all ages. Sunbeds next to pool were hard to get at times. Access to Beachcomber club was great. Loved the mexican buffet for lunch and greek buffet. Staff were excellent. Highly recommend. Pool towels"

"Absolutely fabulous. We travelled as a family and it was our 1st time in Crete and an adults only Hotel, our whole experience was outstanding from the moment we arrived at the hotel till the day of leaving.
