"Fantastic hotel in the heart of Ao Nang, a total escape from a busy tourist town, we loved our stay here. Room was lovely, breakfast’s perfect, swimming pool area and bar excellent. Best of all were the staff, all so polite and helpful. The grounds of the hotel were really well cared for, all in all an excellent stay, thank you. Only issue for some people are the steps, there are a lot so mobility should be borne in mind when booking."

"The room was very basic but all in all it was ok. The bathroom, however, was another story. The shower head holder was broken and didn't hold the shower head up, the water didn't drain, so we were standing in inches of dirty water when showering. No shower curtain or any type of partition so there was water everywhere after showering. The bathroom alone made the whole experience quite gross. The balcony door didn't lock and the curtain holder was broken, which made it hard to open and close....

"Poorly maintained hotel. For example, they gave us a couple of towels with holes and when we requested new ones, they said that they’re waiting for more towels. The day after, they did exactly the same. The room was nice but also felt old due to maintenance and it was really dark. Bed was awesome and the room size is quite big. Location is excellent. In summary, hotel is ok, but with more maintenance it could be better."
