"We cannot rate this hotel highly enough. From the moment we walked into reception until the moment we left it was perfect. The staff, food, rooms, turn down service and overall resort feel were so on point. I would highly recommend Saffron for a sunset meal and breakfast is truly sensational. Happy hour at the bar is fantastic with quality food available to order. Hats off to the resort for not using any single use plastics and having the environment front and centre. The Spa is definitely worth a trip and I highly recommend the facial and the rainwater and hydro pool treatment. A big thanks to the staff who really looked after us, every staff member was exceptional. "

"In a word phenomenal. Four Points made for a transformative vacation experience, they simply operated without error from the GM down to housekeeping. The staff was knowledgeable, professional and polite ready to provide assistance at a moments notice. The facilities were amazing allowing for some of the best rest my family has had in years. "I love the view from my room, the hotel room was comfortable and serene. We enjoyed the hotel room stay and most of all the breakfast! Was worried the breakfast spread and taste will be of sub par but it was actually delicious unique and healthy varieties, and we get to choose ala carte dishes which is made on the spot and it was so delicious. The hotel was away from Phuket town but it was perfect for a quiet getaway. Only thing that was not up to quality was the spa , we found communication was an issue and over priced , the spa masseuse finished the massage in less than an hour as they considered washing hands and legs and changing is part of the hour . We felt a bit disappointed with it even though the massage was excellent. "

"Pros: the resort is very nice, entrance and lobby are beautiful, the main is pool large, the view of the bay is spectacular. Staff are courteous and most can speak a bit of English. Breakfast buffet is plentiful and is geared to both Asian and Western palates. Cons: dining choices are very limited, only one restaurant is open right now for breakfast/lunch/dinner and not much else within walking distance from resort. You will need to get a taxi, grab, bolt to get anywhere on the island. Resort is going through a “soft reopening” stage and most bars and other venues are closed. The second pool is also closed. No entrainment staff for any daily or nightly activities or shows. Rooms are a bit dated but comfortable and clean. Overall price versus quality is ok and I would stay there again if I wanted something private and quiet. "

"Incredible experience. Super comfortable and for a fantastic price. A wonderful private cooking class, relaxing private beach with swings and top quality facilities. Customer and room service were very professional and very responsive ie needed an iron for the wedding I had to attend and they responded imminently with an iron and board arriving to the room in a few minutes. A truly beautiful location and one of the best hotels my wife and I have every stayed in! "

"I stayed in one of the new Yaya rooms. Before arrival, I read through reviews posted on different sites and came in with concerns, but once we arrived, all were cast away by how wonderful this property is. The breakfast options and venue were great. The staff was lovely and always helpful. The spa was heavenly. I especially enjoyed the variety of restaurants on the property. We did seem to be only one a handful of people there, but it felt so special to have the place to ourselves. Areas for improvement: - The gym: I was hoping to exercise while I was there. The gym needs serious improvement. The exercise equipment is in good condition, but there are no free weights and the room itself needs attention. It looks and felt abandoned. No water. No towels. Little lighting (like working out in a dark room). I ended up swimming laps in the main pool to get a workout in. - The beachside pool needs a proper bar and music. The infrastructure is there (bar and speakers). So much opportunity to make this space special. When we wanted to order drinks (even water), it took 20 minutes because everything is coming from the main building. - The building A pool was not clean. There's rust on the bottom and quite a bit of algae on the glass facing the beach. The water did not feel clean. I communicated this to the staff. Did not return to know whether this was fixed. That said, the pool in my room was perfect, so I turned on my BT speaker, took out my book and got a nice tan. "
