"The evening front desk was very rude. I had called and questioned the person if they charged for dog's? She asked about what kind...and how large he was. "I wish I could remember the name of the gentleman who checked us in because he was wonderful! The property is undergoing some refurbs and updates - so there are some growing pains - but we were given a newly renovated room on a top floor and it was beautiful. And the property is in a perfect location to park the car and walk around all weekend. We would highly recommend!"

"I had a guys on a business trip and they made it very convenient for them as a booking agent for them. I have never experienced such great staff service over the phone. They were very helpful and they were able to help us with our needs if you're ever in Jacksonville, this is probably one of the best places to stay, especially with such a helpful staff "

"This cannot be a 4 stars hotel; it doesn’t even qualify for a 2 stars. It’s loud. No insulation. You can everything above you and in the hallways. The bathrooms are not very clean. Human hair can be see. In the shower and throughout the bathroom. The towels are so old and almost gray in color. The carpet has stains so did the walls. If you are someone who value your money, time and quality, stay away from this hotel. "

"The villa was just a room and a bathroom. Most villas have a small kitchenette but this does not. The villa is the farthest you can get from the main resort, but that is actually kind of nice if you like privacy. There is a smaller pool which we thought was fantastic. The view of the ocean is spectacular and the beach walks are even better. "
