"Classic property right off the plaza. A little confusing navigating given the renovations, but the atmosphere and history was comfortable. Our room was spacious and the fitness center, while a bit small for the size of the property, well outfitted including a rower. Can't beat the location for strolling to all the Santa Fe sites, museums, shopping and dining."

"Its a good hotel for the most part theres a short hallway and a long hallway with no elevator at its end and only stairs. Makes for a long walk after you been doing the events they have there so go with the shorter numbers closer to the elevator. After like 9pm theres not alot to eat but down in the casino, so thats not very muxh fun to walk thur all that mess to eat."

"It’s a good hotel with a great location. Everything is within walking distance. The spa is small but with excellent service. The house restaurant has good service and good food. The pool is very nice als. Overall, it’s a great option for a stay in Santa Fe"

"Water would not get hot. I informed the staff as soon as I checked in and I was told the engineer would work on it and I was never told anything else the rest of the night. So I had no hot shower the first day. The second day I called again because there was still no hot water. When the engineer came. He was very rude and told me that I’m at the end of the line. These are old copper pipes and it has to warm up and then I need to turn the sink on and let it run for a while before it will get hot....
