"Our stay at this hotel was super. We received a warm welcome and our deluxe room was so comfortable and clean with fabulous views from the balconies...yes, there were two. The staff members were all very engaging, happy to assist with any query. The breakfast choices were good. Overall the atmosphere is very relaxing and this beautiful hotel allows guests to unwind surrounded by the spectacular scenery. "

"Very nice quiet location it at the same time close to everything. The river view room was much smaller than we expected but excellent view. We even watched people jumping off the bridge. The self laundry facility was an added bonus. But the staff are not quite familiar with buses allowed on the guest card. We were kicked off 106 and told 102-104 are the only valid buses. Something to be verified before j make plans."

"Hidden gem! It’s a standard 4 star hotel but the view of the Eiger & Jungfrau mountains is the best! I stayed at room number 113 (level 3) and 021(level 2) both have an amazing view of the mountains. But of course the higher the better. Spacious room and very practical. They recently refurbished almost 80% of the rooms so the pictures in hotels.com portal is the old one. The one I uploaded is their room after refurbishment. Worth every penny I spent! "This is our second time staying at this hotel. This time is a beginning of summer. We all love it except the AC. It is centralized but you can’t lower it or control the room temperature. Nonetheless, the location of this property is excellent and the staff were very welcoming and very nice. The breakfast buffet is amazing.The family room was big enough for 4 of us.
