"The hotel staff was very nice and charming. The area was easy to walk around for dining and museum activities — a perfect stay in Cairo. The room was clean and quiet, and I had a patio overlooking the pool, which was a nice feature, though unfortunately bird droppings kept me from using it. Overall, I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel if you’re visiting the Cairo area."

"We loved staying at this hotel. In case you don't know, this used to be a house for a famous Egyptian singer (Om Kolthoom) from the 60s and got converted into a hotel. So, the whole hotel is themed around this singer (photos, decor, signage on doors, etc.). I loved that because I love this singer. "We arrived at 4 AM and our rooms air conditioning was not working so it took another hour for them to try to respond to us and fix it which did not work so we had to change rooms. "

"I had an amazing time and excellent service hear being so close to the pyramids was beautiful. Although very busy area it was a great stay. I would only recommend to stay around this area if you want to see the pyramids and sphinx however not any longer than a couple of days as the area is not yet properly developed. We went to Luxor after Cairo. "

"Très bel hôtel avec tout le confort nécessaire. Quelques points d’amélioration au niveau du house keeping : nous avons dû les appeler chaque jour car il manquait des choses dans la chambre (serviettes, papier toilette,…). Peut-être ajouter davantage de transats autour de la piscine pour éviter les déplacements de transats tout au long de la journée."

"The hotel was beautiful the staff attentive but not intrusive. Unfortunately we only got to stay one night but have every intention of returning for a longer stay. The room was large, super clean and the bed comfortably with a good mattress. While we didn’t get a change to use the pool, we did have a walk around it and it looked clean and well maintained. We dined in the food was fresh and plenty of choice. We took advantage of the breakfast and there was plenty of choice and the pastries...
