"The entrance of hotel is located in an alley. Didi drivers do not know how to enter. It is in center of the city, by chengdu park. It is a walkable distance to good restaurant and shopping mall. However, most of staffs do not speak english. The one that do, not many speak well. This is true for all china. I do recommend it. "

"Awful experience!!! My husband and I checked in at DoubleTree by Hilton Chengdu - Longquanyi on 9 June. While we were using the lift from 21th floor to Ground floor lobby at night, suddenly the lift(p1) dropped to 14th floor, then dropped to 13th floor again and stopped there. "拿了房卡找到了房间号，开门的一瞬间发现里面有住人，然后又调房间。换了房间发现房间电路有问题，总是突然就断电了。然后第二天实在受不了了，又换了一间房间，结果阳台的门锁死了，打不开，最后是赶在退房前十分钟才把阳台门打开，把晒得衣物取回来。从服务上来说和“洲际”相差甚远。"

"Hotel is quite new, affordable, clean, safe and elegant. Front desk staffs work from dawn to dusk and are very friendly. The only issue with the hotel is a bit far from either south station subway station or Dongzilin station, about 15 minutes walk. There are limited shopping and restaurants in the near vicinity within 15 minutes walk. Other than that, this hotel would be perfect."
