"It seemed like a great place- big enough for a family of five comfortably! The only downside was the amount of bachelorette parties or “hen” party’s. This hotel and the area seemed very accommodating to these type of hotel goers rather than families. There was simply too much noise both in and outside the hotel from these parties for our family to be comfortable. "

"We adored this hotel! Clean, newly appointed features in the room, and great overall hotel amenities. We would stay again! We also loved the neighborhood it sits within. We were able to walk easily to many areas of interest, including a relatively easy 30-minute walk to enjoy the scene and get to the Royal Albert Dock. We highly recommend the Philharmonic Dining Room for dinner across the street from the hotel. "

"Nice hotel in a great location. Paid for an upgraded room which apart from a bigger bed and access to a lounge, it wasnt anything special. Apart from that its a great location for the waterside and 10 min walk to shops and attractions etc. Swimming pool on site was good but very busy (lots of kids too). Staff all were excellent. "

"The staff, bar area and room were excellent. However the bed was the worst I have ever attempted to sleep on, at one point in the night I was convinced the floor maybe softer. I achieved about 2 hours of sleep on the mattress and woke up in pain. "

"Staff were amazing, very helpful and attentive. Room clean and tidy. Huge thanks to Danielle at Masons, where we had our inclusive breakfast,who was great with us and made our son feel comfortable and kept him smiling. Only downside is the music from the street in the night but it is expected considering the weekend and the street we were on so no complaints really, plus the room we had wasn't at the front of the building so wasn't too bad. Also everywhere we wanted to go was walking...
