"I liked the room set up.
I didn't like the fact that there was no robe in the closet.
I also found a tiny cockroach in the the bathroom. Hopefully it's just a one off incident. Otherwise infestation must be checked for.

"Mary was a tremendous help to my trip. She responded quickly to messages I sent to the hotel before I left home and she was a welcoming face when I arrived. All of the staff were kind and helpful. My room was clean, spacious and comfortable. If I ever return to Ghana, I will stay at the African Regent Hotel again!"

"My experience at the hotel was mixed. Upon arrival, the receptionist’s lukewarm attitude and lack of enthusiasm did not create a welcoming first impression. The interaction felt unnecessarily uncomfortable and somewhat unprofessional. After informing her that I was checking in, she asked what time I had booked the hotel.
