"I had a great stay at this hotel. Everything was very clean, well maintained, and comfortable. The location is perfect—easy access to different places, restaurants, and attractions. "We loved the pool games. We loved the restaurants. We loved the staff and how they assisted with any need. The atmosphere and staff were amazing and very family friendly. The few things we did not like were the broken elevator. The water to the resort was off for half a day. Then the pool ended up being shut down (not due to weather) for an extended period of time every day that we chose the stay and enjoy a resort day. "Room smelled very musky, they offered to swap rooms, but we were in a hurry to get out and about - so we declined. But they offered room spray. Otherwise, everything was fine. Room was older, but clean. Beds were excellent. AC was excellent (we kept the room at 62 degrees, was VERY thankful for that). We paid $40 for a late checkout, ended up having to leave before normal checkout because a family member was close to death at Children’s Hospital in Birmingham, and after informing the front desk...

"This is a great property… A highlight was one of the front desk employees, Jeremiah, went out of his way to find me some bug spray even though they didn’t have any on hand. Clean, friendly, and great location. The laundry machines on site with apple pay was a big plus. Would/will stay here again."
