"Building is clean, housekeeping staff eey nice. Front desk, was raining while on the phone with manager as I checked in. Trainees should have direct support. The grounds around the parking lot and outdoor space scattered with garbage, butts and trash... "

"Staff was efficient, friendly, and most helpful. They went above and beyond in securing a refund from expedia when we had a family emergency, as we had to leave a day early. The breakfast was excellent as well."

"The hotel entrance was nice. The room was ok.
You can tell it’s getting a little old. A fresh coat of paint would be good. There was no refrigerator. We like to keep cold water bottles.. just an amenity that was not expected because what hotel does have one now. The toilet was very low…otherwise the location is great if you’re going to Syracuse University, it’s 5 min away. "

"The location is nice —if you have a car. It’s near the mall where there is a Starbucks (but it was closed) so that was a bummer. Free breakfast buffet was great. We had three rooms and they all had issues with the TV/cable. Shows would stop working —almost like a lost connection. Frustrating. Shower pressure okay"
