"I loved the view of the beach. Just opening the curtains and it’s right there !! I loved the pool !! House keeping did a good job while we were away. I love the location ( right by the airport !! "To start, it is a very nice, quaint inn. I like it a lot EXCEPT for the large number of stairs and no assistance with my luggage. A few years ago, that many stairs would just have been a challenge. Today, with arthritic hips, it is an obstacle, completely undoable to carry luggage up there. A bystander helped, but if not, I reckon I would have had to sleep out on the sidewalk next to my luggage! (No, I really would not have). I feel the issue was there just was no staff to haul the luggage. But...

"The Island View was charming, the views were fantastic, and the staff were friendly and attentive! We had an earlier morning and they were very kind to make us a breakfast to go. Food was great! "Be sure to clarify what specific room you are getting prior to your trip. Ours what not the same level of quality as the one we had expected. And after a couple days of investigating we realized there was bat droppings falling on our bed and they were unable to move us to another room until whole 24 hours later. We had to rearrange the furniture to move the bed to a "safe zone" to sleep. All of it was unfortunate. The kid the front desk tried to be helpful, but wasn't really able to do...
