"A truly underrated hotel! The staff, accommodations, food and service were amazing! The views of Palermo from our balcony were great and being outside the city centre away from the hustle and bustle was refreshing. If you have a car it is definitely easier to come and go (driving is not for the faint of heart though, so be warned) being that it is up the mountain, but they provide a shuttle service both to and from the city centre and airport for a reasonable price. "

"Nous avions reservé ailleurs mais le quartier était insalu re. Nous sommes allèes a la recherche d'un autre hôtel 38 Aira n'était bien quoté mais sommes venues constater. Cet hotel ne merite pas une mauvaise note, merci a Dennis qui nous a fait voir les chambres. Merci aussi à Dania et Marcello. Les chambres ont juste besoin d'un peu d'amour mais l'emplacement est idéal"

"We chose this hotel because of the proximity of the main rail station and the centre. We arrived early, hoping to leave our bags and return later but the reception said the room was available now, so we unpacked and started our adventure. The centre of Palermo is on the door step with all the sites and markets nearby."

"The location was great! It was centrally located but the room was totally quiet, even when it was busy just down the street. The room was comfortable, with a lot of seating options. They secured us an airport shuttle for our very early flight, which was amazingly convenient! The only drawback for this property was the shower, which had very low water pressure and little hot water. "

"Breakfast was great and varied. The hotel was cozily nestled along a side street in the center of many walkable sites. While the humidity seemed to impact the ability to keep the bathroom completely spotless, the cleaning staff were very attentive daily. Most of all, the front desk staff took the time to help identify sites to see, restaurants to eat at, and places to avoid. "The location was perfect for walking about with lots cute little shops and restaurants. The breakfast menu was great with a helpful staff. It felt a lot like Bourbon Street in Louisiana during the weekend with the street lined with happy people until the early morning. I ended up joining in my last night and had a fantastic time. The room was nice with a cute balcony looking over the cobblestone streets. I would definitely stay there again. "

"It's a nice hotel near the harbour and the city centre can be easily reached by public transportation or car. Staff is very helpful and friendly, spoke good English, as well. A buffet style breakfast had a good variety of food, in overall it is proportional with It's price and star rating. "Superb location. Easy walk from the ferry and into the main eating/shopping/historical centres. Very good, helpful staff. They let us leave our bags there on the day we checked out, as we had a very late flight in the evening. Fun decor and a spacious room. Lots of great places to eat very close. Two small niggles, the shower leaked over the floor, didn't seem so bad on the first day but got worse. Not really a problem for us but a mess for the staff.
