"Great stay. Good breakfast. Nice staff. Interesting bathroom setup but everything is clean and staff is willing to fix anything shortly after requested. We spent most of our days out of the room so we didn’t mind the size… which was on the smaller size. I would have liked more counter space. But I really must say that we had a great stay. "The view is amazing specially the rooftop and our room with the view of the pyramids. That's what sold me to book this hotel. Room is good, cold with comfortable beds and pillows. For one night stay its ok otherwise area is loud and crowded. Its not the hotel's fault but its just the area. But definitely right in front of the pyramids. Staff are very friendly, good english and very helpful. "

"The roof terrace was the best. The rooms had no windows, even though we actually booked two rooms with pyramid views! When we complaint they put us in nicer bigger rooms with a window in to the lift shaft. Make sure you book the rooms with pyramid views, otherwise avoid. Morning waking up to dark room, no electricity... no breakfast, no tea or coffee..."

"Nice clean hotel with friendly staff. The view from top was great. Breakfast was really good and the staff there were very good too. Its conveniently located near the Sphinx entrance (its better to enter from the other entrance and exit from here). They have guides/tours too. Muhammad was very helpful and was able to arrange car and guide according to my needs. "

"An absolute gem. The accommodations. The staff. The rooftop bar/restaurant. The value for the money. And yes, the view! Room 602 was worth every penny. A 10+ hotel. A 5 Star hotel at 3 Star prices. Perhaps the only thing to note is that the hotel is located on a fairly busy street. Some noise, but that’s Giza (Cairo is much louder!). Great job, Neom!!!"
