"The rooms were clean and the location was amazing. Exactly where we wanted be during TET. Was able to watch the fireworks from our window. The staff were wonderful especially standing out was front staff SUONG, her smile and was most helpful with all our questions with her English. Also, our doorman, Phuong who helped is with our luggage as well as his smile met us every time we returned to the hotel. They were always helpful with a smile. "

"Room is pretty run down. Foul smell in the bathroom, room has strong musky smell. Hand wash, bath gel and shampoo smelt really bad. Do not understand how they didn’t realise it. Breakfast was basic with lots of variety of fruits. Only went once out of 3 mornings. Positive : Location is good, right infront of the night market and many good restaurants nearby (5-10 mins walk). "Staff were very nice and helpful. The location is A+ and can’t be beat. The room was dated and quite dirty with cobwebs in the vaulted ceiling and the ceiling fan was covered in a years worth of dust, we spoke with staff and they cleaned it right away. The pool in the picture looks very inviting but in reality it is right on top of the lobby and small with zero sun light. Overall the property is in a great neighbor very close to all that Hoi An has to offer. "
