If you’re looking for a budget hotel but also want to be comfortable, this is it The lobby and room did smell like mothballs (I’m not sure if I got used to it or it went away). The AC took awhile to cool the room but it did cool the room eventually. A plus for me was being to hold my luggage there after check out until I needed it. Location is the highlight. It’s close to so many different stores, restaurants, and coffee shops. You get a nice ocean view from the pool and the pool is fun - but the smoking bothered me All in all this hotel saved our vacation at a very affordable rate - my kids were actually content with their stay aside from what I mentioned upon check-in

I had a very good stay at this property. The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. One of the nicest areas is the rooftop, where the café and swimming pool are located together. I went there once for a coffee and really enjoyed the atmosphere. From there you can enjoy beautiful views over the city and the sea. The hotel is also very close to the beach, which was a big advantage for me because I went there every day. There are also plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby, as well as a local market where you can buy basic everyday items. I felt comfortable throughout my stay and I would happily stay here again if I return to Da Nang.

First of all, my stay was incredible. The staff were accommodating from my first interaction, through my departure. The views from my room were better than expected. Ocean and city views, as well as views of the Lady Buddha and the Pagoda across the marina from every window and the balcony made for an incredible experience from dusk till dawn everyday. That said, it may be time for some upgrades to the rooms. There was a peculiar odor in the room, the AC has a smell when it’s running, the refrigerator smelled like someone stored fish in it, and the hot water takes about 5 minutes to start coming through in the shower. The location is great in my opinion as it affords dining options, markets, and the ocean within walking distance, yet just far enough from the main traffic and noise of downtown. All in all, The Sea Phoenix is a great place, with great staff, and I will definitely be back. While I hope they do some upgrades, this is still an easy 5 star ⭐️ review!

Outstanding!! Great breakfast. Great staff. Great location. Room and pool was perfect. Wish they rented beach chairs as you have to walk up the beach a bit to find chairs to rent. Short walk and ice cold $2 beers when you get there.

Nice property, clean, comfortable bed. Top floor pool very nice. Breakfast buffet very good, local and international food. I had issue 1 day with the air-condition, fixed fast, professional, politely. Very nice everyone. Pls, check out the nex door Vietnamese restaurant, very good food. Grocery store close by and many other restaurant. From my room 700steps to beach.
