"The hotel is nice, clean, the pool area is really nice, the staff are great and it is affordable. It is on the airport runway but it’s surprisingly not that noisy. I did not have any issues with plane noise. But it is in an area with not much of interest. You can walk to Five Cays beach, distance isn’t bad, just along some busy roads and sidewalks are dodgy. They have a shuttle to Grace bay daily. For the price it’s worth it. Uber would make it a great deal. "

"Really beautiful property. Everyone is really nice. Bed very comfy. Had everything we needed for the week. About a 10 minute a walk to Sunset beach. You do want to rent a car as it is in Leeward beach area. Short drive to Grace Bay. Pool area is super nice with jacuzzi. "

"The good was location and clean large room. Most staff were friendly and super helpful. The downside is construction!!! Right next door to balcony from 7 am to 7pm. Noisy and workers looking in. Otherwise great for the price. "

"The resort was great, driving on the unpaved road was unexpected, but that area was not one to driving at night. Blue hills and conch shack was great but in a taxi not a rented vehicle. We never saw the restaurant open but there wasn’t many families there so understandable. Renting a car was only way to go. Sea grass was all over the beach but maybe seasonal!? But snorkeling was good several hounded meters down beach. "
