"Great location and helpful staff. Good coffee stand in lobby for a quick breakfast. Easy walk to PNC park for ballgames. Pool area a little smaller than it looks in the photos but kids had fun. Double beds not queens, so tight for 4 at night."

"The pictures of the property are very misleading. You would thing the 6 out of 10 rating they received was not correct. Then you arrive and begin questioning your choice of hotel. I arrived at night. I passed the road sign because the sign wasn’t working. Once I found the road to the hotel I was shocked how poorly maintained it was. There were huge potholes and I had to take it slow. Once arriving to the hotel I was surprised to find there was no continental breakfast or for that matter any food...

"Not happy with receptionist"

"The hallways smelled of food. Nobody emptied the trash in my room inspite leaving a sign. There was no hot water in shower for 2 out of my 3 day stay at the hotel."

"Room was fine. If there's no maid service for three days, that would have been nice to know in advance. The showers are death traps, slippery as an ice rink with no non-skid material. Basically, a lawsuit waiting to happen. Otherwise, the room was fine."
