"Problems with hot water in room. Rooms basic but clean. Breakfast buffet basic but adequate. Hotel looks tired.

"The room was clean and bright and in good repair. Host was very kind and helpful. This is close to the ferry to Larne (about 10-25 minutes drive) which makes it very convenient. We could certainly stay here again. "

"It was clean and the staff offered to help with any bags or see us to our room.
We stayed one night on our way through town. This is an old building. It was exactly what we expected and needed. If you want a new hotel this is not it. You will be disappointed. However, it is quiet, worn but clean, cozy, and very convenient at a very reasonable price."
