"Wish we had more than a night to check the town out! And we missed the curling rink!
It was dated, BUT very comfortable and a neat historical place to stay"

"Friendly helpful staff, clean room slightly tired, excellent breakfast with quality sausages and bacon!
Friday and Saturday nights can be quite loud outside the hotel being a city centre location."

"We stayed just the one night. The staff were very friendly and eager to provide good service. We enjoyed a pleasant drink on the lovely patio overlooking the river followed by a tasty meal in the bar. Breakfast was excellent . Our room was fairly basic with quite a small ensuite . The WiFi was good. We were pleased with our stay which represented good value."
