"Hotel had a central location near Bologna Downtown and Two Towers, lots of shops, restaurants and stores nearby mini marts and grocery stores. Good bathroom and room size...interesting small door to get into room. Hotel is old but in good condition for age. Elevator was a savior but only 1 person and 2 large suit case's per trip or 2 people with luggage. A/C worked well...small bathroom and room but we expected it from the other reviews. "Very friendly staff, plenty of great restaurants within easy walking distance. It is also within easy walking distance of the train station, but be warned the footpaths are very bumpy and not ideal for wheeled suitcases, nothing to do with the hotel, but something to note. Very comfy beds, and air conditioning to keep them cool, rooms are definitely dated and a bit rundown but kept very clean & tidy. Good little breakfast room as well."

"Arrived late but staff were very attentive with 24hour check in. Area felt safe, room was comfortable, clean, ensuite and great value for money. bed was very comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was buffet and good selection. however some guests very selfish and filling up their own bags with a lot breakfast items, making sandwiches and putting in their bags which meant there was no toast left for everyone - not hotel fault but why do people keep doing this!!!!! overall lovely stay in bolonga...
