Enjoyed lovely little Modena. Very nice people. Great wine bars. Excellent choice of restaurants - we just ate at the family-run ones, which served wonderful food. Via Emilia chocolate market-stall. Super Covent Garden type indoor market near duomo.
Delightful town centre with amazing food market. We also loved visiting Casa Museo Pavarotti, the former home of the late singer outside the city. There were many mementoes of his life (awards, letters from celebrities and much more) Very moving
Beautiful place with lovely atmosphere. Not too busy with pedestrianised areas.
Modena is such a friendly city. Beautiful city and wonderful food!
A very walkable characterful city. The city is a little tired but because of this it felt real. I will definitely come back as two days was not sufficient.
Amazing city!!! One of our best trips. Really encourage people to visit Casa Museo Luciano Pavarotti and go have a balsamic vinegar tour at Acetaia Villa San Donnino.
