"A few things to note. One of the families I arrived here with got her vehicle broken into. That was disappointing. Also, the facility could have been cleaner such as the elevators (all the elevators not just the main ones) and surrounding area (parking lot) had trash. "I came for a quick getaway and honestly I am glad I selected this hotel. The place was clean, and the gentleman at the front desk was super friendly. Check in was a breeze and the room we got was super clean. I loved the breakfast and the attendant in the Anza room was so nice. She kept refilling the food and was super friendly. Kudos to her she deserves a raise. Overall it was a wonderful stay and would definitely be back."

"The room was fine. However, the negative part of this experience was that a hotel staff decided to call our room at 5:20am regarding an error from check in. When confronted, the staff did not do anything to respond to this strict inconvenience. This call absolutely ruined our stay and made it uncomfortable. "Very odd smell in the room...like they used strong deodarizer to cover up the mildew smell. My entire wardrobe and my hair smelled like this and had to wash clothes that were not dirty just to get the smell out. Staff was okay but not very welcoming. I was take advantage of the breakfast available nor was I there to even view what was available. Weird old or broken down RVs/Trailers in the parking lot...a junk yard look."
