"Breakfast was very good and the Team kept the place very clean and were friendly and helpful. The Gym and Pool were well maintained and were available until midnight which was very convenient compared to most hotels. There's a very nice mall adjacent to the Hotel with plenty of restaurants in the area and felt safe to walk, even at night. We would heartily recommend staying at this Embassy Suites and will definitely stay here again. Anthony Lee"

"I've always had a pleasant experience staying at the spring Hill Anaheim placentia hotel until recently here's why. I needed to move from my residence and needed a place to temporarily staying to put my elderly mother so she have a roof over her head so I called down to the spring Hill and they told me there was a room available to check in early which we did . Different district Amy was very helpful and very friendly so I thought after getting the keys to check in and went to go get my service animal and my personnel who were going to be helping me assist with my mother's move . I've received to get a phone call from the front desk asking me if I had a little white dog and I told him yes it's my service animal and then they told me that dogs are not allowed except for service animals which I needed a proof that he was a service animal so I said I'll get back with you as soon as I can as I was trying to accommodate other people. Then I get another phone call asking us to leave premises. Wish I thought to be a bit much and rough and uncalled for. I took my service animal to the front desk with my caretaker and we explained to them that this dog is specifically trained for being a service animal in case of seizures the manager whom I thought had a power trip I don't know what her name was but she said service dogs don't bark they're dogs ofcourse they're going to bark that's what dogs do. She agreed to let us stay for the next day upon check outcheck out and were told the cops "

"I would recommend this hotel; it was good overall, even though the carpets were disgusting in the hallway and the walls were dirty in the rooms. A fresh coat of paint would really help with the new wallpaper. They do have a shuttle there, one of many hotels in the area that offer one. I researched a lot of hotels in the area, and if you're trying to look for something affordable, then this will be a good one cuz it does offer the shuttle, and the shuttle is free. And they do offer breakfast. I did enjoy the breakfast; I felt it was good and nourishing. The area was okay there is a bar right around the corner and a gas station if you need to fill up your car drive a little bit further down and around the corner there's a Walmart it's in a good area a lot of stores and restaurants close by. and the staff was really good I think the staff were nice they answered all my questions so overall the hotel is great. And there is free parking "

"Was disappointed with the front do being not accessible for anyone disabled like myself it was very difficult to enter the room door was stuck, couch bed was dirty someone was eating on it & maid service didn’t clean it , Maria at the breakfast area was very rude to all the clientele that was trying to get their breakfast other then that I like the atmosphere of the hotel, I think staff should take edicts on how to treat ppl when dealing with customer service . "Room was decent, but the TV didn’t work and the AC wouldn’t cool the room. I accidentally left my phone charger on my first night. I called the front desk after I left and they said they would call me right back. They never called back. I came back thru town a few days later and stayed again and they still had no idea about the charger. Nor did they try to find it. Breakfast was poor at best. Cold eggs and bad coffee. Will not stay here again. "
