"Of the two mediocre options near the airport, this option is most lacking . Air conditioning not operating in my room (temp never got lower than 79), stained bathroom towels, two bottles of conditioner without any shampoo. All adds up to a definite lack of care evident at the property. "

"The hotel is clean and well-maintained. The rooms were cleaned thoroughly, the breakfasts were good, and the pool and relaxation area were excellent.
However, we were disappointed that upon check-in we were charged an additional $350 in fees. When we booked the hotel, we paid in full, and there was no clear information about these extra charges.
In addition, parking at the hotel is quite expensive — $370 for 7 nights.
Overall, the stay was nice, but be aware that you may end up paying around...

"Good location, restaurants, beach, mall close.
Great checkin staff except for the lady outside screaming at people unloading infront of the hotel, even in the rain. "

"We used to live in Hawaii and we frequently visited this hotel. We decided to stay here and were very happy with the experience. Loved the vibe, great pool area, and the bartenders were so engaging. Loved oysters at happy hour, too. Our soon was very stylish, had two lanais, and was very big. We will be back. Great staff…all around top notch experience. Artsy cool vibe. "
