"The one star rating for communication is for the reservation foul up which was not the fault of the Ala Moana staff, they were amazing! Unfortunately, not booking through the hotel directly caused so much unneeded stress. I paid a lot of money before arriving and once at the hotel they had no reservation for me so I had to pay for another room through the hotel directly. I was fortunate the hotel wasn't fully booked. "ホテルは古いですが、歩いてアラモアナscに徒歩圏で非常に満足です。ただエアビーの予約とはエクスペディアからインフォメーションがなかったのでフロントで聞いてびっくりしました。改善点だと思います。ルームクリーニング、タオル交換は無しでしたがかえってゆっくりできました。チェックインもすぐに出来て、お部屋も綺麗でした。結果良かったです。"

"I chose this property because I was traveling with my 91 year old mother. We had a lovely large room, two beds, a full kitchen with utensils, a large bathroom, and a large private balcony. Our rom faced the sunset, with harbor and ocean views. We were able to park our rental car at a highrise parking lot in the next door building. Staff were very helpful. we'll definitely return!"

"The apartment suited us, a family of six. Enough space, kitchen for cooking a couple meals, 2 beds (king n queen) and a sofa sleeper. Two balconies to lounge and people watch city side... hotel has a viable parking option, 2 pools, walking distances to many restaurants, beach, tour stops, and shops. It worked out well for us. "

"2nd time at beach villas and had a wonderful time. Property was quiet, clean and right on the lagoon."
