"I went on a girls’ family trip to this hotel at the end of May, and I absolutely loved the experience. Food and drinks were decent while the staff was friendly and welcoming. One thing I strongly recommend is planning your arrival time carefully. Since the hotel is only accessible by boat, timing is key. Our flight arrived at Cartagena’s airport at 2 PM. "The apartment was very clean and the staff was very polite and helpful. It is in a great location and has a great view.. However... I had no hot water all week due to maintenance issues. Waiting to hear back from their relations group to see if they do the right thing and discount the stay since there were no hot showers all week. "

"The staff were great! Camillo, Javier, and Catalina were AWESOME! The property is fine, however the communication was not great. Lining up transportation was very limited and not transparent. The English/Spanish translation was difficult at times as well. I would definitely stay here again, but I would setup my own transportation next time."

"Great place and highly recommend it. The staff are wonderful and it is a peaceful place for the most part. The rooms are hot however and there is an AC but it has a hard time to keep up with temperatures and the fact that the rooms are not sealed. This is a plus for breezes which is amazing but hot otherwise. A beautiful getaway with my wife. Some of the staff speak some English and I could also try to practice my Spanish a bit. "

"Tia, Rafa, Michelle. Maloi made our visit to the Villas AMAZING!! They treated us like family with lots of love and attention. We had fresh fruit and fresh squeezed juice daily with our breakfast, thanks Tia ❤️. We had a little confusion while taking a walk (I went the wrong way)and when we returned to the Villa’s, Rafa walked with us and helped with navigating around the Island. The property is new and developing well but you can’t control Mother Nature, so be prepared to deal with mosquitoes...
