"The hotel has a great location right at the airport. Rooms were clean and quiet - a plus for being at the airport. Food was OK, nothing special, but it was very covienent. However the web page and confirmation were very unclear (read nonexistant) about how to find or get to the hotel from the airport. Ie take tram to terminal 3, go outside and walk across the street. We spent waaay too much time trying to find it."

"The front desk receptionist ‘loved’ her job so much she forgot to smile and offer basic customer service. I never do this but I am gonna make an exception and spell out her - Margary. The least I could do to ‘congratulate’ what customer service looks like in this hotel. I stayed at Holiday Inn in Lima and the customer service at the front was polar opposite than what Margary had to offer. "GREAT HOTEL. So so happy we stayed here. The staff is soo friendly and helpful all hours of the day and night. "Je me suis rendue à l’hotel’Ibis pour passer un examen au parc des expositions qui se trouve à 5 min à pieds donc la localisation était idéale. La chambre était propre. Le personne à l’accueil sympathique. L’hôtel dispose d’un parking gratuit. Le petit déjeuner était complet. Quelques bémols : le matelas n’était pas très confortable et un fort bruit de soufflerie qui s’est lancé en début de soirée et qui a duré jusqu’au milieu de la nuit "
