"La habitacion estaba super , la ubicacion tambien. La unica razon por cual puse 4 en ves de 5 es porque el restaurante es una decepcion. Con todos los lugares lindos que hay en granada, esta sala de comedor no da ganas de comer en el hotel en ningun tiempo de comida, es una lastima. Comimos desayuno y esta OK, ni bueno , ni malo. El personal es lindo, es un lindo hotel. Deberian pedir las llaves de los huespedes que se parquean porque casi perdimos nuestro ferry por estar bloqueado en el parqueo del hotel por otros carros, nadie sabia de quien eran estos carros que bloqueaban el mio y fue un poquito estresante sentir que no teniamos solucion. Tuvimos la suerte que justo el huesped aparecio pero se podria tener un mejor menejo de esto a futuro. "

Every single person there knew me by name and we’re always so lovely and kind to me. I felt always at home and cared for. Everybody always went out of their way to make sure my stay was good and that I was having a good day. On my birthday they brought me a surprise cake and just really treated me so special. Housekeeping was great. Everything was clean and comfortable. Their traditional breakfast is the best. I will miss them very much. It was a home away from home.
