"I would have to categorize this Hotel as one of the best in the area. All of the staff were incredibly inviting and helpful the entire time from arranging Taxis to get me to do day trips to shuttles on elsewhere I needed to go and best of all there is a pool to help cool off considering how incredibly hot it can be in Nicaragua. "Only a few blocks from some of the main attractions of the city. Very nice facilities. Beautifully done remodel of an old historical building. We really enjoyed our stay. Off street secured parking. On our first morning after arriving, we woke up to a flat tire. The staff immediately came out and helped us change it. Didn’t even have to ask."

"Awesome place to stay in Granada! Excellent location - right in the heart of things on Plaza Mayor and right across from the Cathedral. Nice courtyard and pool areas. Great breakfast included. The staff were super helpful. Would highly recommend! "

"Nous avons passé 5 nuits dans cet hôtel: les lits sont confortables. Nous avions demandé une chambre calme. L'hôtel est très propre ( les dames nettoient constamment les espaces communs). La piscine est très agréable. La cuisine commune est munie d'une batterie de cuisine de très bonne qualité; en revanche seulement un réfrigérateur (un deuxième a été apporté lorsque l'hôtel se remplissait) et pas de passoire. Nous reviendrons dans cet endroit. "

"The property was quiet, the staff was excellent( especially at the bar and the morning breakfast staff). It’s within walking distance of a ton of restaurants, and all of the churches and plazas. There’s no need to do the horse carriage tours. Visit the chocolate museum. There’s a pizza place across the street. The only slight complaint was that the room was too cold sometimes."

"This is a really nice hotel in Granada, Nicaragua (NOT IN SPAIN!) with a distinctive colonial feel to it. Staff are very friendly, helpful and work with you on any specific needs. Within a 10 to 15 minute walk there are local bazaars, a park, and many dining options not to mention local sights. The rooms too are fabulous - spacious, airy and nicely airconditioned. The bed and pillows were high end and very nice. All in all a very nice hotel to stay in. While the hotel will do evwrything they can...

"Positive: Very nice property in a lovely location; kayaks and paddle boards available free of charge, clean comfortable rooms, hot showers with strong water pressure, good breakfast Negative: We booked a room with full board but were told upon arrival that the hotel did not even offer full board, that just breakfast was included. Hotels.com needs to look into this issue!! Water in both pools had an oily surface, not entirely clean."
