Great service, great breakfast, close to many restaurants and shopping, the room very spacious and the staff very friendly and helpful especially Katherine, Mara Lisettand Kevin.
The hotel is well situated in front of a large shopping center with several restaurants and bars. The breakfast has both delicious international and nicaraguan cuisine. The staff is very well trained and attentive. Overall our stay was great.
Food exceeded my expectations by a lot!!! Breakfast was great!!! And the menu for lunch and dinner a la carte was very very very good!!! If I lived in Managua, I would consider going to eat there.
Service was also GREAT!!!! Staff pitching in to help during “peak” moments, since I think we had the entire hotel dedicated to the athletes.
