"The property was not well maintained and appeared neglected. The grounds were overgrown and gave the impression that the property had been abandoned. The interior was also dirty and did not meet basic cleanliness expectations. Additionally, the breakfast was very disappointing, with limited options and poor quality. Overall, my experience did not meet my expectations, and I would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made."

"The staff was awesome, very friendly and helpful,
Not all the ice machines were working, but it's Florida summer, and there are a lot of guests; they could just be out.
The breakfast was just not good overall; the coffee was great, though.
The Location is AMAZING, about half a mile to public access for the beach and right next to a Publix, can't ask for a better spot.
The property just needs some updates."

"Disappointing. I think in 2026 we cannot not be happy with a hotel room just because it is clean and pretty. I am convinced that most hotel management agree with "cleanliness it is a must". Well I think that being able to sleep (mainly the main reason for the stays) must should be seen as a must as well. In this room the air conditioning unit fan was making a terrible noise. Outside a hot summer night. The outcome of the combination is a bad night sleep, not good rest.
