"The room was great and the restaurant was excellent. However, this hotel was advertised with airport shuttle included. I was unable to book the shuttle beforehand via email and had to pay for a taxi to take me back to the airport. The shuttle was a major reason that I chose this hotel so next time I will probably stay elsewhere."

"Really disappointed.. room and washroom were not properly cleaned. There was hole in the roof of the Washroom.. my wife got panicked and hadn't a bath. Washroom needs to clean and maintain property. Airport shuttle was fine.."

"Carpets were dirty with many stains. Room had a bad odour. Windows glass pane was dirty. TV remote had missing cover for battery and keys not readable. Room service replaced it.Reception said they would change room but alternate rooms same condition. Food at restaurant was very good. Service at restaurant was excellent."

"The hotel was everything that we expected. There were few facilities but we didn’t expect any. Staff helpful and friendly. Room comfortable and well appointed. Area around the hotel felt safe . There were restaurants , takeaways and shops nearby so good location but no attractions to walk to that we could find. Round the corner from a busy hospital so some noise but plenty of tuk tuks"
