"The house itself was comfortable and nicely furnished. Bedsheets were clean and towels provided. Check in was easy and communication with owner was good. "Customer service was great. However cockroaches were observed almost everyday in the room. Rats running around above the ceiling. Pigeons noise from above ceiling day and night. Should offer more breakfast options other than just vegan nasi lemak and sandwiches. Door sound insulation was bad. Add a door bottom seal could probably improve the sound insulation as well as sealing bottom gap and prevent cockroach entering the room. The room also didn't have telephone to call the front desk. "

"Went with my children, the girls enjoyed the room, loves the art in the hotel and rooms the view from the room was amazing as we stayed at the 3rd floor with seaview, its a family room and the hotel is nearby famous seafood restaurant, one is linked to the hotel another is 1 min walk away, so convenient, it was raining the day we arrive, all we need to do is to walk up for dinner. In summary, we had a relaxing vacation."

If you want to stay in this hotel, please make sure that you have your own transport because the place is about 10 minutes from the town. I dont think the hotel have wifi inside the room, there is only wifi provided outside the room and lobby."
