the room is very spacious. 2 queen bed with more spaces to fool around with my kids. we are comfortable with our stay. its just that there is not much option for the TV channel. other than that, all is good. the staff is also approachable.

The property is not maintained. The pillows are dirty with yellow watermarks. Kids are loud playing in the pool. Don't stay here if you want a quiet place.

property was run down and I requested for cutleries as I ordered food from Grab as their restaurant were closed, but the FD informed they do not provide cutleries. need proper maintenance but the location is strategic

Old tired hostel pretending to be a hotel

Room was filthy with cockroaches and their families crawling all over the place. I did not dare sleep on the bed, which felt like it had linens that had not been washed. Urgh. Never ever again!

The hotel was not maintained properly, it looked old, , main door could hardly be opened, bathroom was really old, ceiling stained, pipe was almost falling off, had some bad smell near the lifts, basement parking was wet and no lift, nobody to help with luggage, breakfast was poor

Value does match the hotel

Hotel is an older hotel, but everything work. Bed is clean, underground parking. But inside the carpet is aged and has stain. Breakfast is included but could be better. The problem is the cover all open and nothing to keep the food warm. So all the food is cold. Coffee is cold also. But tea is good. For cooking the noodle, may be a electric cooker is better than LP one.

TOLONG JANGAN BOOKING HOTEL NI..SO BAD!!!

Breakfast was sucks!!!! Nasi jagung or what nama dia..keras mcm nasi yg di panaskan semalam punya..katil berlekuk dah rosak,rasa spring teruk katil..breakfast lar paling teruk..memang TAK AKAN DATANG LAGI!!! Receptionist langsung tak senyum,muka ketat je..check in dan check out pun sama tak senyum..kalau dpt bilik no 403 sila lar tukar je sbb katil queen dia teruk sangat berlekuk siap rasa spring..so so so so BADDDDD
