"Very nice hotel to stay near the airport, just a km away. The staff were good helpful people. The front desk person named Nayana was very helpful to assist me with uber ride booking. I enjoyed my stay here and will stay again. Thank you"

"At 7 am we went out and on our return our access card did not work. We had to go to reception and reactivate the room access card.

"The gym had Air Conditioning, but it was on a timer that turned off after two minutes, so it was a really uncomfortable place to work out. Staff was really friendly though and went out of their way to make the stay positive."

"Had high hopes but servicing of the rooms is almost non existent. Asked housekeeping to clean , seems like too much of an effort for them. Breakfast is very average. You can do better at street restaurants nearby. Restaurant staff are nice but need training . Finally, road noise from the MG road outside will bother ALL day and night , can’t sleep. "

"We stayed six nights in a Superior Suite at Villa Elixir at the end of a three-week trip to India. Sadly, it was a disappointing experience.
Our room backed onto a noisy road, the window didn’t fully close, and mosquitoes were an issue with no net provided. The pool was green on arrival, then heavily chlorinated and unusable for the rest of our stay.
Breakfast was very basic (curry, fruit, slices of white bread with butter and jam, and a flask of milk-tea and coffee), the kitchen staff were...
